Our mission doesn't end with the studio - we actively help other businesses, non-profits and other organizations that aspire to be more inclusive.
Through on-site technical assistance, training, and staff development services, our model encourages community inclusion, employment options, and engaging programming. We have developed authentic and supportive programming that respects individual interests and creates environments for staff and administrators to be inventive and responsive.
We offer on-site consulting for organizations dedicated to advancing their services within day programs, sheltered workshops and other congregate environments. Agencies with a vision of becoming more community integrated, offering authentically engaging programming and income-producing options are our customers.
We are razor-focused in helping identify organizational goals, developing customized managerial/leadership training, and offering experiential consulting for direct care providers. Through a two-week on-site consulting experience, we demonstrate responsive programming techniques that build on the talents and interests of individuals being served, staff, and a community’s unique culture.
